As natives of The Bahamas, Thanksgiving has never really been "a thing;" however, our parents have always instilled in us a sense of gratitude.
Now that we're older, we've gained a deeper appreciation for this value, simply because there's always something to be thankful for. After applying this sense of gratitude to life on a daily basis, my sister and I can attest to the joys of life.
From something as simple as noticing the shade of blue in the sky, to being able to wake up in the morning to say hello to others, our sense of awareness has not only heightened; but, allowed us to become aware of other people's needs.
And isn't that what life is all about!? Our goal with this blog has always been to inspire and liberate women to be their best --- to live the version of their best lives. So, today we want to say thank you to all of our readers and to all of our future readers for sharing in this journey.
As you bring in the holidays and enjoy your friends, your families and most importantly all that Thanksgiving food, we'd love to leave you with this:
Life is a beautiful thing so, reflect on all that you are thankful for and then....share it! If you're not one for sharing, start writing, and journal the things you're thankful for each day! We want you to be grateful for every aspect of your life and eventually, you will see the difference it makes in your growth each and every day!
- Cheers
