I started off quarantine as we say in The Bahamas "DEAD STRONG". I did Yoga almost every day, had a workout buddy, and maintained my stance on being consistent.
After about 1 month of going full fledge with my workouts, I had an incident that left me without full mobility in my right hip. Yep! I fell off the wagon and after that, no real working out was happening for me at all.
While being pretty disappointed in myself I tried to muster the strength to get back into things and slowly but surely, I've worked my way back up to a full workout routine!
The best part is that I've been doing them all at home and each workout is only 30 mins!! Thanks to YouTube, here are a few quick workouts you can do at home to get real results.
1) Popsugar Fitness
The workouts on this channel have literally been my go-to! There are so many kinds of workout videos available on the channel and I always get a good burn. Two of my faves from Popsugar are:
30-Minute No-Equipment Full-Body Toning Workout
30-Minute Selena Gomez Workout For Flat Abs and Toned Legs
2) SELF
SELF also has some great quick at-home workout sessions! There's not as much variety in choices compared to Popsugar, but the videos and trainers are still awesome.
I personally enjoy the 30-Minute HIIT Cardio Workout + Abs At Home With Warmup
3) How To Get Wider Hips | Side Booty Workout (Mo'Beauty)
This is actually the name of the workout video and it only targets the butt area. However, sometimes isolated workouts are the best! I tend to see the difference after doing these exercises in about a week when I add it to my regular routine. But so I don't overdo it, I only like to add this in like 2 -3 times a week either with another workout or simply by itself. Mo'Beauty also has another isolated butt workout video called, "Do This & Your Booty Will Grow! Glute Activation Routine" ...it's super short but so worth it!
4) Pamela Reif
Specifically, Pamela's 10 min ab workout is a very fluid exercise video that will whip those abs in shape real quick! Her workouts are very intense with minimal breaks so be sure to have that water on deck!
